Warranty
New products
We give 2 years of warranty on defects on new products. Your product shouldn't break during the first 2 years with regular use.
If your product breaks within the warranty period due to a manufacturing error, the repair is free. A manufacturer error causes your product to break sooner than expected with regular use.
If the defect is due to your own fault, this is called user damage. This isn't covered by the warranty. We're still happy to help you with the repairs, but you have to pay for them.
This warranty starts on the day the goods are delivered at your place.
Used and Vintage products
We have 3 different categories of warranty in our Used and Vintage products range. These are
- Sold Serviced with 1 Year Warranty
- Sold Checked with 1 Year Warranty
- Sold As Is

These products have gotten a complete service by our workshop to ensure this product works as it would've worked when it came out of the box back in the day.
Our workshop engineers are highly skilled and make sure that parts inside the instrument are checked, measured and upgraded if possible to give you the most reliable and satisfying instrument/piece of gear you could imagine.
On these products we give 1 year of Warranty.
Sold Checked with 1 Year Warranty
Most of the times these are rather newer and more modern second hand instruments that don't really need a service to ensure it works as it should. Think of Nord keyboards, recent synthesizers or verified working outboard gear that was pulled from a working studio.
Our engineers do give it a check-up to see if everything is working as designed, but don't dive as deep as with a full serviced unit.
Should you wish to purchase a unit that is sold checked with full extended warranty, but you'd like us to give it a full service beforehand, don't hesitate to contact us. We can always check what would be the extra cost to make this happen.
On these products we give 1 year of Warranty.
Sold As Is
These are mostly cheaper items that were pulled from a working studio but where the sales price doesn't allow us to give it a thorough checkup. We'll always check if it turns on, but that's it.
On these products we can't give no warranty and no refunds.
Returning your products
To have your product repaired you have to send it back yourself.
Returning your products within 30 days is also possible! More info on that on our Shipping & returns page
